What to include
- Your macOS version and Mac model (Apple silicon or Intel).
- The SayakaCleaner version (Settings › About).
- What you were doing — scanning, reviewing, moving to the Trash, removing an app — and what happened.
Please don't send private files, passwords or other secrets.
Something was moved that you want back
Clean and Apps only move items to the macOS Trash. Open the Trash in the Dock, select the item and choose Put Back. History in SayakaCleaner lists what was moved and can show the recorded items that are still in the Trash.
Erasing or deleting Xcode simulators and runtimes, and emptying the Trash, are permanent and can't be undone. The app asks for a separate confirmation before each.
Some places weren't fully checked
macOS protects some folders. Allowing Full Disk Access for SayakaCleanerin System Settings › Privacy & Security can help; scan again afterwards.
Removing an app or emptying the Trash says it isn't allowed
These are done by Finder. Allow SayakaCleanerto control Finder in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Automation, then try again.
